اعتصاب غذای جعفر پناهی با تحقق آزادی اش پایان یافت+تصاویر بعد از آزادی
چکیده :بعد از آنکه جعفر پناهی هفته پیش در نامه ای اعلام کرد به دلیل برخورد ناشایست ماموران زندان اوین تا تحقق سه خواسته اش اعتصاب غذا می کند با تحقق سومین خواسته اش که آزادی از زندان بود اعتصاب غذای خود را شکست.وی امروز بلافاصله بعد از آزادی از زندان به پزشک مراجعه کرد تا وضعیت جسمانی اش بررسی...
جعفر پناهی بعد از 88 روز بازداشت و مقاومت و 8 روز اعتصاب غذا با وثیقه 200 میلیون تومانی از زندان آزاد شد.
به گزارش خبرنگار کلمه، بعد از آنکه جعفر پناهی هفته پیش در نامه ای اعلام کرد به دلیل برخورد ناشایست ماموران زندان اوین تا تحقق سه خواسته اش اعتصاب غذا می کند با تحقق سومین خواسته اش که آزادی از زندان بود اعتصاب غذای خود را شکست.
وی امروز بلافاصله بعد از آزادی از زندان به پزشک مراجعه کرد تا وضعیت جسمانی اش بررسی شود.
پناهی شامگاه دهم اسفند ماه سال گذشته، به همراه ۱۸ نفر از اعضای خانواده و دوستانی که در خانه او در تهران مهمان بودند، بازداشت شد. پس از چند روز و در چند مرحله، اعضای خانواده و همکاران پناهی آزاد شدند، اما وی تا امروز در بازداشت به سر می برد.
در مدت بازداشت او برخی از سینماگران ایران و خارجی با ارائه بیانیه ها، نامه ها و درخواست هایی خواستار آزادی وی شدند.
اما در موج جدیدی از فشارها ماموران امنیتی 26 اردیبهشت ماه با هجوم به خانه او خانواده اش را تهدید کردند اگر مصاحبه کنند یا خبری منتشر کنند آنها را بازداشت می کنند تا اینکه جعفر پناهی نیز در تماسی که با خانواده اش داشت گفت : بعد از برخورد ناشایستی که شنبه شب (۸۹/۲/۲۵)در هجوم مامورین به داخل سلول ۵۶ اوین صورت گرفت و متعاقب آن به مدت یک ساعت و نیم، من و هم سلولی هایم را بدون لباس در بیرون و در هوایی سرد نگه داشتند.صبح روز یکشنبه مرا به بازجویی بردند و متهم کردند که از داخل سلول فیلمبرداری کرده ام؛ که کذب محض است. و بعد تهدید کردند که تمامی اعضای خانواده ام را دستگیر و به اوین منتقل خواهند کرد و دخترم را به بازداشتگاهی ناامن در رجائی شهر خواهند فرستاد و با این حرف ها قدرت تجزیه و تحلیل را از من سلب کردند.
وی اعلام کرده بود:ازیکشنبه صبح(۸۹/۲/۲۶)هیچ چیز نخورده ام و نیاشامیده ام و حال اعلام می کنم اگر موارد زیر تحقق نپذیرد، من به نخوردن و نیاشامیدن خود ادامه خواهم داد؛ چرا که نمی خواهم تبدیل به موش آزمایشگاهی شوم که هر لحظه مرا به اتهامات واهی تحت شکنجه و آزارهای روحی و روانی قرار دهند.
سه خواسته پناهی عبارت بود از:
1.تماس و دیدار باخانواده ام و اطمینان کامل از سلامت آنها
2. حق داشتن وکیل بعد از ۷۷روز و مشورت با او
3. آزادی بدون قید و شرط تا تشکیل دادگاه و صدور حکم قطعی
روز پنجشنبه گذشته دو خواسته نخست وی برآورده شد که در حضور و اقدام مثبت دادستان تهران، وی با خانواده و وکیلش دیدار کرد و امروز سومین خواسته او نیز بعد از 88 روز مقاومت برآورده شد .
در مدت بازداشت وی زهرا رهنورد ، میرحسین موسوی، مهدی کروبی و بسیاری دیگر از شخصیت های سیاسی با خانواده وی دیدار کردند.

واقعا، پناهی نشون داد، هنوز آدمای قهرمان که تو این دنیا زیاد هستند…(خوب کسایی که قبلا سیاستمدار بودن و تو سیاست بودن حسابشون جداست) ولی اینکه تو یه آدم عادی باشی، تمامی امکانات خارج از کشور هم برات فراهم باشه، هم معروفیت هم احترام، ولی به همه اینا پشت پا بزنی که تو این اوضاع تو مملکت خودت بمونی، خیلیه.

Iran is babysitting almost all nations around the world
Iran’s government is so disparate to make head line around the world by doing or acting in an unusual way to grab international attention towards itself. Like some of the corrupt celebrities who wants to make headline by doing unreasonable things.
Ahmadinejad, one day, comes up by destroying some nation, the other day helping some war shattered countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon and lists goes on.
The other day they invest in Venezuela, the Syria, Turkey… or they want to solve the conflict in Armenia, or Georgia, Iraq, Afghanistan,… because the have influence in the region. One should ask how much has it cost for Iran to have the influence. The funning one is that they want to clean up American shore line because of the oil spill.
The government of Iran does things with intention to achieve something, In the case of the British sailors or 3 American captives the treatment they received from Iranian authorities. It is well prepare show to show to world how the Iranian government treat the captive. The question is that, does the government treat his own prisoner like that?
I want to give you another example, the ruling clerics are above and behind constitutional law. If one of them commits a crime they will treat him differently than a regular citizen.
They are so many Iranian prisoners are being executed, tortured, raped, displaced couple millions by force to abandon their country, or left the country based on political, economical, personal reasons
The bottom line they have solution for everybody except for their own people. They have politically or religiously labelled Iranian oppositions for more than three decays. They have done well and submitted all movement
One should ask this question, why the government of Iran trying to involve in international issue that are not in their scoop of talent. I think the answer comes from their intention. The intention is that they want to be accepted as a superpower in the rejoin and especially be a leader for the Islamic country.
The government of Iran will not recognized as a super power in the Middle East by world community based on the following reasons.
Nationally
The president of Iran was not elected fairly and he is illegitimate in the power
The system in the country is oppressive towards opposition
There is no freedom of speech and personal freedom
Torture execution and raping of prisoners
Executing dissidents in a Mafia style, like car accident, heart attack,…
No respect to Iranian prisoners if we compare them with British sailor or 3 Americans prisoner
No political stabilities
No economical satiability
Unemployment is well above %20
No national or international management skills
Internationally
It is not acceptable to rewards the one who bullies, since this sets a bad example for the rest of the world
The government simply is unable to defend the name of Persian gulf, how the hill they want to be a superpower in the region
President and all ministers did not earn the seat based on their qualifications rather the earn the seat because they were relatives or they knew each other from before or they were recommended by the other influential people so they are lacking international experience therefore they do not know how to use diplomatic language, so when they speak they usually shun themselves
Mending to the neighbouring countries
Interfering in their domestic politics
Funding opposition in other countries
Bribing religion leaders in order to follow Iran’s polices
Using country military power to scare the others
Iran is not develop country when we compare it to other countries in the region
The economy of the country runs a like century behind, however this is a good method to grab wealth of the country and invest in some other countries by ruling clerics, while most of other countries well adapted to modern economy
The government has radical view about religion, and world politics
Politics and government are mixed together; this method was rejected by free world centuries ago
The good news is that the system squared by the international community. They are like a ball inside the box hitting them to the wall and they bounce back to the other wall. Each time they hit the wall the square becomes small and smaller.
Mr. Mousavi and Karroubi keep educating people the end game is coming soon. Ahmadinejad indirectly begging and threatening President Obama not to lose Iran’s good gesture in swapping Uranium deal with was broke by Turkey and Brazil. The one thing Ahmadinejad should understand that the U.S does not like a middle man. President Obama gave Iran and Ahmadinejad few golden opportunities to normalized the relation, one good example was that President Obama invited Ahmadinejad to his inauguration ceremony , but Ahmadinajad screwed up that opportunity by giving provocative speech regarding Israel.
In overall we should not blame anyone for our failure in front of international community except the current government . Based on the regime’s track record of incompetence and the consequences of that incompetence for the Iranian economy and politics. So what is in the backet for the system is that
The U.S. is wise. They will let Iran to continue on its present course. As its position grows weaker, the U.S. position would grow stronger, shoring up American diplomatic leverage or at least making Iran easier to contain or deter. The U.S. would also sidestep accusations that its policies had contributed further hardship to the Iranian people. The U.S. is searching for the most effective means to weaken the Iranian economy; the best approach may be for it to do nothing at all. That is the reason they postponing the sanction everyday. This way, U.S. Tries to Buy Time for Its Iran Strategy
The goal of American policy right now is to slow down the clock—that is, to stretch out the time and let Iran to lose all his supports, nationally and internationally. The hope is to buy time to give other kinds of pressure a better chance to work before military options move to the fore.
That’s why the current foot-dragging in adopting new economic sanctions at the United Nations Security Council is so troublesome. In an ideal world, and in the Obama administration’s original vision, a U.N. resolution imposing new economic penalties would have been passed some months ago.
So now, here’s where things are headed: American officials say they hope a U.N. resolution will pass in the next few weeks. That would clear the way for step two, in which the U.S. and its European allies, with some help from Japan, would layer on additional sanctions of their own with more bite, clamping down on Iran’s access to the international financial system and squeezing its Revolutionary Guards, the real power behind Iran’s nuclear program.
Getting this economic squeeze in place is crucial. The hope is that when Iran’s leaders see that economic pressure has moved from possibility to reality, they will return to negotiations over their nuclear program. And make more consation than ever before.
I am not trying to take sides. I am not happy what is happening. I am Iranian and I want progress in my country, but I think this the reality.
Who is going to pay the price, only ordinary people. The high ranking government people long ago the moved their family to outside of the country, when things to start to get bad they will flee Iran with the rest of their stolen fortune.
Few words for the duaghter of Hamid Bakeri, whom, Hamid, I remmeber him dearly, My sister, nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow is uncertain, today is the only option you have, be brave do not let any circumistances to over come to you.
If you limit your choices, by the past circumstances, you only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise.
The best advice I have for current system is that to wake up and start to respect to his own people. Nobody needs you babysit for them. You should take care of your own people. People have no job, and they hungry for their daily bread, while you are giving away wealth of the country for so many years to other countries to take your sides. Stop investing in other countries, your country is more needy than any other country. It is a shame that after more than thirty years the country import gasoline from other countries. What have done to this country.

مدتی بود که از آزادیت ناامید بودم ..با تمام وجود اشکم سرازیر می شد آنگاه که صدای ملکوتی استاد تمام فصلهای آزادی شجریان عزیز را گوش می کردم و به یاد شا و گمنامان سبز ایران می افتادم… خدایا در پناه بگیر این پناه آزادگی و رادمردی این زاده ی نور نوری از زندگی و نوری زاد را هم…..آمین
